Mercury Bay Pharmacy offers the Southern Cross Easy-Claim service, making it easier for eligible Southern Cross Health Society members to claim for certain pharmacy services.

If you are a Southern Cross member and your policy includes benefits for services provided at our pharmacy, you may be able to use the Easy-Claim system when paying for your consultation or service.

How Easy-Claim works

Using Easy-Claim means:

• You may not need to complete claim forms

• Southern Cross may contribute directly toward the cost of the service, depending on your policy

• In some cases, you may only need to pay the remaining balance
